Why did the alarm ring again?
That is Koo coming back. If you stop the alarm without finishing the mission, Koo rings again every 3 minutes, up to 5 times. Finish the mission to stop it for good.

Why can I stop it on the Lock Screen?
iPhone always allows an alarm to be stopped from the Lock Screen. Kookaloo cannot block that, so Koo comes back instead.
The alarm is too quiet
The alarm volume follows your iPhone ringer volume. Raise it with the volume buttons or in Settings > Sounds & Haptics.
The alarm did not ring
Check that the alarm permission is on in Settings > Kookaloo. Also make sure the iPhone is turned on and the alarm switch in Kookaloo is on.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Kookaloo, go to Settings and tap Restore purchases. Use the same Apple Account you bought Pro with.
How do I delete my wake history?
Your history is stored only on your iPhone. Deleting the app removes it.
